Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said the BJP is usurping the powers of non-BJP-ruled state governments in three ways. If BJP government is not formed in any state, then they will topple the government by buying its MLAs or by showing fear of ED-CBI on MLAs, they will topple their own government or by bringing an ordinance, remove the powers of the government from the opposition parties. BJP did the same in Delhi.

On Wednesday, Arvind Kejriwal said BJP people did Operation Lotus two-three times in Delhi and tried to buy AAP MLAs but no MLA was sold. When the BJP saw that the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi was not falling, they took away all powers by bringing an ordinance. These people have become very arrogant.

Kejriwal said that this time in Punjab the governor did not allow the budget session to be called. The governor said that there will be no budget session in Punjab. The governor did not approve the budget session. The Punjab government had to approach the Supreme Court to hold just one budget session. When the Punjab government brought an order from the Supreme Court, then the budget session was held. In this way only democracy will not survive. Then no elections should be held in the country at all. Only one prime minister and 31 governors will sit and rule our country. In this way, there will be no need for any Prime Minister, Council of Ministers.

CM Arvind Kejriwal said Shiv Sena UBT chief Uddhav Thackeray has promised to support him on the Centre’s ordinance issue. The central government has brought this ordinance on the powers of the Delhi government. Kejriwal says that when the bill for this ordinance comes in Parliament, Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena will support Delhiites against it.

On the other hand, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, who was present with Kejriwal, said that today democracy is in great danger. Today it is not the people elected by the people, but the people selected by the central government who lead the people and the government. Whereas democracy means those whom the public has chosen and sent. But the governor is elected by the central government. The governor and deputy governor were not elected by the people, nor did they receive the votes of the people. They are sent by the central government to harass the elected governments by selecting them themselves. In Punjab, the governor refused to use the word ‘my government’ in the budget session. We had to go to the High Court and get an order for it. Raj Bhavans across the country have today become BJP headquarters and governorships have become their star campaigns.
