Rawalpindi: During a fierce exchange of fire with security forces in Awaran area of Balochistan, 3 terrorists were killed while a cache of arms and ammunition was recovered.
According to a statement issued by ISPR on Saturday, an intelligence-based operation has been launched to stop the terrorist group active in the southern part of Awaran region of Balochistan. The terrorists were linked to incidents of firing and improvised explosive devices in and around Turbat Awaran Road.
Based on confirmed information, several routes frequently used by terrorists have been ambushed for the past three days. As a result, a group of 3 terrorists were intercepted while heading towards their hideout.
